To keep scheduling, billing, and payroll running smoothly, please follow these key steps when using Interpreter Intelligence:

Accepting & Confirming Jobs

  • Accept assignments promptly and confirm them right away in Interpreter Intelligence.
  • This helps our scheduling team finalize coverage and update districts quickly.

Before Each Assignment

  • Review all job details in Interpreter Intelligence, including time, location, and any requirements.
  • Bring your government-issued photo ID and Alpha Interpreting Agency badge.
  • Report any discrepancies immediately.

Closing Assignments

  • Close out your job in Interpreter Intelligence as soon as you finish for the day.
  • For any time differences between scheduled and actual hours, email the correct times to admin@alphainterpreters.com.
  • Do not adjust times yourself in the system—our admin team will handle all official updates.

  • Do not use Interpreter Intelligence for notes or messages.
